Begin with a 'swim-first' 400 meter pool swim in the Olympic pool at Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center (KOPFC), add a challenging bike course with hills and flats, and end with an exciting run course with a one-of-a-kind finish on the indoor track of the Utah Olympic Oval.
