The Spring Sprint Triathlon
is Utah's premier pre-season race. What better place to kick off
the 2010 Triathlon season than at 2 world-class venues! Begin
with a 'swim-first' 400 meter pool swim in the Olympic pool at
Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center (KOPFC), add a challenging
bike course with hills and flats, and end with an exciting run
course with a one-of-a-kind finish on the indoor track of the
Utah Olympic Oval. Oh...and did we mention that this is one of
the most spectator-friendly races around!

COURSE INFORMATION
SWIM (400 Meters)
The
swim course will take place in the 8-lane 50 meter Olympic pool
at the Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center directly adjacent to
the Olympic Oval. Unlike most pool-swim triathlons, racers start
off swimming with athletes entering the water at timed intervals
to keep pool crowding at a minimum. Swimmers will start at one
end and zig-zag to complete the 400 meter swim.
